Vue is an American comfort food restaurant bar situated above the Hudson River and valley located in the INN on the HUDSON compound. Recently opened by two comfortable guys who happen to be cousins. The desire of both is to create a blend of fun, food and drink that complements the spectacular view of the Hudson River and surrounding landscape.

AROUND THE DINNER TABLE
The cousins came from close families who did everything together. Aside from taking vacations and celebrating all the holidays together, it was the time around the dinner table that they remember the best… Good fresh wholesome food, cooked lovingly was the basis of the meal but just as important was the feel of family and the joy of companionship. Both of their fathers were in the baking and restaurant business, as well as their father, so hospitality, along with good food, is in their blood.
