RosenSpace (402 Main Street, Fl 1., Rosendale NY 12472) is available for rental 7 days a week to individuals and groups for community-oriented events such as workshops, art exhibits, acoustic concerts and similar public or private events. Maximum room capacity is about 45 people for a stand-up event and 30 for a sit-down meeting.
Smoking substances of ANY kind is strictly prohibited.
Basic kitchen equipment including a small refrigerator, dishes, glasses, cutlery, and more are available for use. (Fee for use of stove/oven). Note: the use of candles or sternos is subject to prior approval of RosenSpace staff.
Catering is allowed and if alcohol is served, a licensed bartender or other certified and trained person must be provided. Underage drinking is not permitted, and is the responsibility of the renter.
We do not provide professional catering or A/V equipment. There is a small number of stackable chairs and tables available in our space, but check ahead if this will be enough for the size of the event you are hosting, and make arrangements to bring in extra ones if needed.
