Monique Ross Banks began her company in 1998. Having been known for her custom themed children’s birthday parties, she transitioned to bar and bat mitzvahs, weddings and larger scale celebrations after planning her own son’s mitzvah in 2001. She believes the planning process works best when it is collaborative in that the goal is always to make her client’s vision become reality. Monique feels that it is essential to establish a close relationship with each of her clients. This relationship is what allows her to gain the perspective that makes each of her parties unique and truly reflective of the clients themselves. Her goal is always for each guest to leave the event with a sense of sincere joy and for each client and their family to be overwhelmed with the feeling that this truly was the “best day ever”!
