Each menu is as unique as the people who choose them, the guests they will feed, and the events at which they’ll be presented. Pamela takes the time to personally get to know every couple with whom she works. Whether buffet style or served tableside, our custom menus can range from elegant and formal to casual and fun. All of our personally crafted menus feature seasonal and local Hudson Valley ingredients.
