Welcome to Mid-Hudson Cakes. We are a full-service cake company located in Wappingers Falls, in Dutchess County, NY, that opened in 2010 with the hopes of becoming a leader in the local custom cake business. While we have no store front at this point, we hope the quality and uniqueness of our cakes will bring us there in the near future!
