LynnξSound Systems was startedξin 1992 as a hobby by Bill Lynn and his wife, Carol Lynn.ξBill decided to rekindle his love of playing bass guitar and started playing in a small band again. This was the beginning of the present studio. The DJ section of the company came into existence in 1994 whenξtheir son, Mike Lynn “DJ Xtreeme”, at the age of 17,ξwas encouraged by his parents to start DJ’ing as a business, rather than just for fun. The original idea struck whenξBill,ξa member ofξMike’s elementary school P.T.A., volunteered toDJξthe school dances using his home stereo gear. The idea wasξfurther influenced whenξMike was asked toDJ family events. Mike loved it and the rest is history.ξThe business grew to where it is today. As the yearsξpassedξby, Mike, has taken over the family business, which has now risen to being one of the best in the Hudson Valley.
