Dumpling + Noodle was established in January 2013 and is owned and operated by Auston Chu and his wife, IWen Chen. They bring all their talented chefs together to make it outstanding.
The customer is at the heart of our business philosophy. As a result, our vision was to open a restaurant, which is just like your own kitchen at home. The operation of Dumpling + Noodle is truly cooperative because we really believe that every single member of our staff is integral to our success.

Menu selections are abundant, and can satisfy the most discriminating taste. We feature delicious homemade steam soup pork buns to noodles of all types. The prices are extremely affordable and reasonable. You can eat in or take advantage of our take out facility.
Dumpling + Noodle is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. Catering is also available. Reservations suggested, do call for further information and we will be glad to assist you.
