Gary and Liz Stone met at the Culinary Institute of America and started Corner Stone Caterers in 1993. Over the past 20 years, Corner Stone has grown from a quaint gourmet food shop to a highly reputable catering company featured in Martha Stewart Magazine and The Knot. In 1996, Corner Stone added a 4,000 square foot state of the art central production kitchen facility. Peter Laura and Norman Trueb stepped up as Retail Store Manager and Catering Manager.Corner Stone has retained many of their staff from the very beginning. We are happy to be working with Norman Trueb, Walter Pulla, Galvarino Diaz, Jose Barragan and Florence LaGrange for the last 20 years! After 20 years, Gary and Liz have now turned a new leaf at Red Maple Vineyard – an eighty-acre farm overlooking the Hudson River in West Park, New York. Red Maple’s vision is not only to provide a spectacular venue for weddings, but also to cultivate fresh local produce. During the summer of 2013, our first harvest of over 30 types of vegetables, fruits and herbs were featured in our retail store as well as at our weddings.
