Brandenburg Pastry Bakery is a family owned bakery that features artisan bread, pastries and cakes made from scratch using all natural ingredients. We use local milk, cheese, eggs, honey, maple syrup and, when available, local seasonal and organic produce for great-tasting cakes and pastry. We NEVER use shortening, corn syrup, soy, preservatives or artificial flavors in any of their products and all of the flour we use is unbleached hard red wheat flour.
